I had a fantastic stay at a rare modern clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood near Thamel. The spacious and clean room with modern wood floors was a pleasant surprise. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was impressed by their willingness to take feedback positively, especially the supervisor who addressed the weak Wi-Fi strength promptly. The overall modern facilities and vacuum-cleaned premises added to the enjoyable experience.

Great location, delicious food, and two complimentary drinks during happy hour. the hotel is situated in the heart of the city and just a walk away from the bustling streets of shopping centers. the food was incredibly tasty and the variety was good. During the happy hour, we received complementary drinks which was a pleasant surprise.

Loud music, poor service, and room cleaning issues. the hotel was incredibly noisy due to the loud music from the nearby nightclubs.

The WiFi in the room was weak and intermittent, but it was much better in the lobby.

The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff members were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

The room was not well-maintained, there were occasional problems with the electricity and hot water supply. The bathroom was not very clean and needed some attention.
